• State the responsibilities of the employer
• Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of reporting incidents and describe the processes for reporting such incidents.
• Be aware of local policies and procedures for the management of violence and aggression that are applicable to their place of work, including the All Wales NHS Violence and Aggression Training Passport and Information Scheme
